Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta - Buckhead

My stay was absolutely wonderful thanks to Chenel and Michelle at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, they both greeted me with warm smiles and made me feel right at home. They were professional, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure my check-in process was smooth and stress-free. Throughout my stay, they were always available to answer any questions and made sure I had everything I needed. It’s rare to meet staff who genuinely care about their guests, and these two made all the difference in my experience. If you’re staying here, you’ll be in great hands with Chenel and Michelle. Their kindness and professionalism truly elevate the hotel experience!

My experience was fine initially we did get there late so the person who was supposed to be at the front desk was definitely not there. She did say that we could have just came and got her as supposed to call him, but why would we have thought of doing that if there was nobody at the front the valet was on it they always made sure that our car was ready and available. The breakfast actually was surprisingly good at the potatoes are delicious and you can make your own waffle and they do have someone that will make you omelettes so the breakfast was definitely a plus they were super accommodating. The staff just that my room did not have a refrigerator and they had to look for multiple irons and I did not feel like the tub was cleaned even when I got there I asked the girl to clean it again, and I still felt like it wasn’t sufficiently cleaned but other than that the room was clean and the service was nice so I’m not complaining and I may stay here again!

We had several rooms at this hotel for a sporting event and each room was perfect for us. We were greeted promptly and allowed to check in early. Shamyia and Chenel were very helpful at the desk. Our stay was enjoyable with clean rooms and hot showers. There is no pool here but it’s close to many restaurants and bars. The hotel has a bar but the hours were not open for long. All in all this hotel is good for a quiet night in the city.

This hotel has very nice, clean rooms with great customer service. I’ve stayed here several times over the past 5-6 years, and always come back to see Kat (the bartender). She is top notch, friendly, and my favorite part of staying here!

My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn was pretty good overall. The front desk was fine, nothing crazy, but I did have an issue with my AC. One of the engineers came by to take a look, but it didn’t fully fix the problem. Later on, the chief engineer came up— I think his name was Marvin— and he fixed it right away. What I liked was that he didn’t just fix it and leave, he also showed the other engineer how to do it the right way. That stood out to me. The bar was cool, just a little on the pricey side. Overall, a solid stay.

I enjoyed my stay here the location is very convenient so much to do in the area I just really want to brag on the lady who worked overnight she was amazing and accommodating I think her name is Jay because of her I will be returning. I came down looking for coffee, she told me give her 6 minutes she can brew me some fresh at 2 in the morning I think I fell in love at that moment she also was popping popcorn which smelt so good I couldn’t help but to get some it was so delicious the perfect snack every time I came down stairs she was up smiling and so welcoming she always asked me if I was okay and if I needed anything don’t hesitate to ask I called down and told her I was cold I didn’t think the heat in my room was working she offered me a small space heater and two blankets before I checked out she was still at the front desk I returned the space heater and told her thank you because she made my stay experience the best I’ve ever had never got that from any hotels I mean people are nice but not nice like Jay I will be returning in February for a convention

Kat is hands down one of the best bartenders I’ve ever had the pleasure of being served by. From the moment you sit down, her energy, professionalism, and genuine friendliness stand out. She’s incredibly attentive without being overbearing, remembers orders with impressive accuracy, and always seems to know exactly what to recommend. What really sets Kat apart is how effortlessly she balances speed with quality. Drinks are made perfectly, presentation is on point, and you never feel like you’re waiting long, even when the bar is busy. She creates an atmosphere that makes you want to stay, relax, and enjoy the experience. Great service can make or break a night out, and Kat absolutely makes it. If you’re lucky enough to have her behind the bar, you’re guaranteed excellent service and a great time.

The customer service provided by David the overnight front desk agent during my stay was impeccable! He knew the area well and could provide great recommendations, and when I needed additional pillows and another blanket (because my arthritis was flaring up), not only did he provide these but he brought them directly to my room. These personal touches really made me feel like a special VIP guest. It’s never my intention to be a difficult guest, yet I seem to ask for something every night. In the same way, my mom took care of me on a day when I was home sick from school, the hospitality I received at this location really highlighted the southern hospitality that Georgia is known for. Way to go Buckhead Atlanta! If management reads this, forward it to corporate, David deserves a raise! They ALL do!!!
